4th sept

Zouk with guanhong and co . Drank and danced all night . Had a great time with everyone . Got to know new friends :)

5th sept

Setosa in th morning with 948 co . Was fcuking rainning when we got there , but luckily th weather was sunny afterwards . Tanned and took pictures , and also most imptly new friends :) Trained back and went for bbq . Slacked over there and drank again , wasn't in th best of mood , thus head home early .

6th sept
Nuh in th morning for rehab , had a hard time over there . Th therapist had to pressed my knee down to make it look straight . Felt lk shit ! Afterwards jp for movie . Watched house bunny ! Not a bad show if you feel lk having a good laugh that day .

Kk hospital afterwards to vist my 2 little newphews , But only got to see one . Th other one is in special care due to lack of weight . One is ruffel th other is ellilot . Can't wait for their first month to come , thought of th prezzie that i'm going to get for them alrdy . Ate at newton circus with cousy and her boyf . Ate till super full and homed afterwards .
